If the product is damaged or defective or not as described, please contact us through WhatsApp at 7010679734 or Mail us at cs@bigtex.in within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Return / Refund / Exchange Policy:

All our jerseys are customised and made only upon the order; we don’t accept any returns.

For sizes, please refer our size chart and order it accordingly if there is any doubt to select the size please call us on 7010679734 our support team will help you.

There will be a colour variation and slight changes in design when comparing with digital screen, if there is any colour issue, we don’t accept returns.

Order cancellation request time 1hrs, if the order is placed example at 10am the cancellation time would me maximum 1hrs that is 11am, once the order is cancelled the refund time would be 7 working days, Once the order is processed it cannot be cancelled.
